• Provide contract support to P&WC's Customer Service organization for contracts with aircraft operators utilizing P&WC engines. • Lead the drafting and interpretation of contract documents, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. • Advise and represent the organization on issues concerning contract matters. With the Customer Service sales team, negotiate contracts with aircraft operators. • Prepare documentation to support contract negotiations. • Coordinate the support and commitment from relevant functional teams to review contract terms and conditions. • Brief senior functional leaders regarding matters of significant importance. • Resolve business issues by identifying contract solutions and recommending a course of action.
