I prepare state, federal, and private foundation grant proposals and reports; manage donordatabases; support development departments during periods of transition. Agencies servedinclude The National Judicial College, Sky Tavern, The Children’s Cabinet, Reno-Tahoe AirportAuthority, Northern Nevada Legal Aid, Awaken, and the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada. I also help facilitate the High School Giving Circle (2019-2022) and the Nonprofit Academy (since 2023) for the Community Foundation on a seasonal basis.

I use a Matterport Pro 2 and Pro 3 camera and a Mavic Pro 2 drone to create immersive 3D tours and stunning aerial images for real estate and business marketing materials. I am an FAA-certified drone pilot and am the Northern Nevada Technician for Matterport Capture Services.

I provide Senior Vice President Travis Hansen with administrative, transactional, and marketing support. Tasks include assisting with listing paperwork, compiling lease and sale comparisons, managing social media, conducting property searches, and more. On the creative side, I'm a Matterport technician and FAA-certified drone pilot. I capture aerial footage for Travis’ marketing materials whenever possible and create immersive virtual tours for all of Travis’ commercial listings.

I focus on higher education, nonprofit, and sustainability issues.
