Responsibility- Develop and implement effective and impactful promotion Strategy in achieving business objectives for a slimming product - PPC Dermal Oil - Highly involved in social media marketing - Plan and launch new product in the market and manage key account partner- Formulate and implement promotion campaigns to achieve desirable brand image- Monitor promotion results and campaigns effectiveness - Control A&P spending efficiently and effectively in accordance with company guidelines - Create brand web page and online shopping page

- Responsible for managing key account customers and all channel management and development activities - To create and manage integrative marketing project from media plan & buy, direct and ATL/BTL management- Planning and executing promotional activities and launching products, business cover the retail and member sector - Develop overall product strategy, product development objectives and schedule- Formulate and implement marketing plan to achieve monthly and annual target- Allocate, manage and control the promotion budget with an objective to maximize promotional effectiveness and ROI

- Formulate advertising and media plan for health products- Develop and participate in brand TV Commercials production - Participate in CRM program development and new product launch.- Ensure ongoing communications with Watson’s buyer to ensure effective communications on products promotion or special discount.- Responsible for temporarily road show / promotion in department store (i.e Sogo).- Work with PR team on advertising to execute programs.- Budget control & ensure effective program/ event execution.- Coordinate and handle the write-up and layout of all printed materials including product brochures & catalogues.

Lead marketing programs, new product launches and event promotions under the supervision of Product Manager- Assist Product Manager on marketing related support including new product launch details/ price list/ letters/ presentation-Coordinate and handle the write-up and layout of all printed materials including product brochures, catalogues, e-newsletters, promotional leaflets, POPS, posters and varieties of publishing on its high-end products- Coordinate with direct marketing company to deliver promotional materials and magazines to target customers- Conduct competitive market research for new and existing products- Implement joint promotion program to increase both skin care products & health supplements division’s sales volume- Arrangement in local marketing activities include product exposition & South East Asian Convention
