After a 20-year career in finance and M&A, I have made a values-driven shift and currently focus my time in three ways: studying for a master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent, undertaking a number of voluntary consulting roles in the non-profit sector and working in Finance Learning and Development. At GrowCFO I am a coach, mentor and facilitator. I work with finance leaders to deliver training programs to upskills their teams and prepare them for the future of finance. I am particularly focused on helping finance professionals find purpose. In my finance career, I was the Vice President of Finance at Depop and led FP&A at O2 through the merger with Virgin Media. I am a Fellow of the ICAEW. After qualifiying as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte I worked across the financial services, media, telecoms and tech industries in the UK, the US and Switzerland.
