○ Led various teams in a senior associate capacity when conducting due diligence of companies in the FMCG, energy, logistics, manufacturing and fintech sectors.○ Conducted financial modelling of a green climate fund seeking to change its operating and reporting models as well as coming up with an investment model for them.○ Supported on a capital raising mandate for a bank to meet capital adequacy requirements in the country of operation. We acted as the transaction advisors of the process from making of the Information memorandums, teasers, and investor shortlisting and on boarding.○ Carried out company valuations on various industries, market research and feasibility studies on a green field project for water supply,○ Wrote winning proposals for various jobs and pitch presentations to potential clients and investors.○ Conducting client Model data validation and Model Audit

ASSK is the umbrella association to all actuarial students clubs in Kenyan universities. My roles were majorly managing the associations accounts and finances, and also looking for corporate partnerships to help in our various events through out the year.
