Co-founded Level Justice (formerly Canadian Lawyers Abroad), a charitable organization that levels barriers to justice by disrupting prejudice, building empathy and advancing human rights. Achievements include empowering over 250 Indigenous youth annually in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories through specialized justice education programming; provided 150+ law students with international, research-based, or Indigenous social justice internships; Supported the critical and often groundbreaking work of 42 human rights organizations in 18 countries. Responsibilities include developing and leading projects including training for lawyers and law students, developing partnerships with like-minded organizations in Canada and abroad, strategic planning, human resources, business development and fundraising, financial management and budgeting, corporate and regulatory reporting, communications and social media, promotional activities, partnership development, community outreach.
