I directed a staff of 18, and $5 million annual budget. Programming included the JFK Jr. Forum, Harvard’s premier arena for political speech and debate; high profile resident and visiting fellows; national conferences for newly-elected mayors and members of Congress; and national consortium of IOP-like institutions. Worked closely with advisory committee of 35 undergraduates to develop programming relevant to students' interests.

I was a key member of touring staff for multi-million dollar national and international tours. Tours ranged from six weeks to four months with staff ranging from 50-125 people, in 10,000 to 60,000 person venues. Coordinated travel, press, and promotional engagements in conjunction with concert schedule. Served as the main point of contact between artists and management including business manager, booking agent, legal counsel and record company.

I was the School’s main contact to its alumni population; coordinated outreach and fundraising efforts; organized new alumni clubs around the country. Developed the Kennedy School’s first Annual Alumni Weekend.

Assisted in developing HKS's 50th Anniversary celebration in conjunction with the University’s 350th anniversary. Coordinated the logistics of all events connected with the year’s activities both on-campus and across the country. Served as the Dean’s Office main contact for logistics for all special events, including fundraising dinners and receptions.
