Leading the school day for four homeschooled children between ages 4-13. Using assessment for learning strategies and behaviour I planned for interventions allowing the children to better access their curriculum and close gaps in learning. I formed relationships with class and year group leaders and worked to develop the students attitudes to learning and overall attainment.

I volunteered in a small Year 3 class working with small groups delivering literacy and maths interventions as well as Lego therapies and fine motor therapies for children with ASD and other SEND.

Managing a staff of 13 people and overseeing classes as well as teaching my own.Writing evaluations for all staff members.Organising 2 dance shows each comprised of around 16 dances.As well as my Head of Department duties I had my own 4 campers to be responsible for.
