Hey I’m Catherine,I am a motivated individual that is seeking employment on entry level. I portray a lot of soft skills such as great communication, adaptability, brilliant work ethic and creativity. I have 6 years’ experience as a domestic at the WHSCT. I have trained new starts on how to do this role and act as a team player during the most precedent times. In this role I have used my initiative and had to adapt to situations very quickly. Resilience and never giving up are key motivators to me as when I started university, I wanted to overcome the fear of public speaking as this is something I always shied from. I made this a goal to achieve and attended extracurricular activities in collaboration with the EDGE award at Ulster University. I completed activities that involved public speaking and taking on other people’s recommendations for improvement. I passed this award, and I am not as anxious to public speak depending on the situation.
