This was a greenfield project to introduce the public EV charging network into the Ampol app. Customers get an off-site and on-site view of their AmpCharge dashboard. Customers can add/remove payment methods, select their preferred payment method, select a charge station/connector for charging, start a charging session, navigate around the app and return to their charging session, stop a charging session and pay via an automatic payment process. They can also view their individual charging history transactions. A customer is automatically emailed a copy of their receipt, with the ability to re-send via the transaction history. Our project went live into Production in October 2023• Liaising with Technical Product Owner, UI designers and Lead app developer to elicit requirements for Epics/User stories• Facilitate requirement walk throughs with the project delivery team and business stakeholders to obtain a common understanding• Documenting business requirements for development and testing with expected outcomes/acceptance criteria using Confluence • Customer journey mapping• Discovery documentation and work shops• Create & prioritise a back log of work via the team Jira board• Analytics mapping• Change management/hand over to Production support• Release co-ordination

Project highlightsFirstnet and Netbank error control - NetBank and Firstnet Employer currently offers a clearing house facility to allow Employers to pay super to all of their employees in one place. If there is an error processing the request the external funds will reject the transaction back to Colonial First State.Achievements/Deliverables – Eliminating the manual processes, saving employer super business customer’s error handling time by working closely with Project team (Dev and test) and Product owner to ensure an automated fix.Firstchoice Transformation – New digital communications tool between advisers and clients utilising Adobe Sign, Firstnet adviser modernisation, complete overhaul of the adviser portal and digitising adviser service fee arrangements (regulatory reform).Achievements/Deliverables – Ensuring a world class digital experience for advisers was built via a complete online portal modernisation, delivered whilst meeting business objectives and working closely with UX designers and Product owners
