• Marketing liaison within enrollment management department coordinating promotional material for events. Events are focused on the application cycle of higher education: attracting prospective students and raise application submissions, yield students that are admitted into the University by promoting deposits and connecting with deposited students to assist them in their transition into college life with anti-melt campaign. Coordinating necessary marketing material for events including email graphics, presentations, social media promotion, event schedules, and web pages.• Lead email campaigns through Slate by Techsolutions for upcoming events by writing emails, creating the distribution schedule, building queries for dissemination for target population, and tracking engagement. • Build webpages (portals) for events through Slate by Techsolutions with event information. • Create events in Slate by Techsolutions which includes triggered communication emails, registration form, and tracking event registration/cancelations. • Assist with coordinating on event days specifically with check in, presentation set up, and guest services.

Group Sales & Special Events Coordinator• Work as a marketing liaison to ensure all sales materials and assets for the season align with branding• Planning and executing theme days and special events• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the success of theme days, special events and sales events• Manage the inventory of Marlins Fan Experiences for all departments, communicate logistics to sales clients and execute the Fan Experiences on game days. • Work directly with the Game Presentation director to coordinate fan experiences, welcome messages and live in-game hits• Pull sales reports for special event ticket sales, build buyer types for tickets, and create ticketing links

• Choose contestants for intermission games and in-game contests, coordinating anthem singers, working with Roar Corps with executing in-game hits and delivering prizes to contest winners, assisting in-game hosts with hits throughout the game and coordinating the kids club distribution

• Coordinating activations, assisting with VIP guests, working with the Marlins in-game host and assisting with mascots during games • Mascot coordinator for the All-Star game assigned by MLB• Assist in scheduling the Marlins street team for events and coordinate logistics for event visits • Covering Marlins home games for the Pep Squad coordinator by scheduling in-game hits and overseeing execution
