Duties & Responsibilities:-Work with management and project teams to develop proposals and qualifications in response to RFP’s and RFQ’s for Federal Government and the Commercial Interior Architecture and Design industry.-Serve as project manager lead for the coordination, writing, editing, and production and preparation of architecture proposals, presentations, statements of qualifications and other marketing collateral.-Serve as the key marketing liaison to studio principals.-Lead all proposal activities including schedule, logistics, proposal production, updates, reviews, and submissions for RFP’s and RFQ’s.-Create and manage all Ecos-Studio marketing initiatives and collateral materials for sustainable architecture projects within the organization.-Create studio marketing materials and ensure they are consistent with firm-wide branding efforts.-Research prospects and recommend proposal strategies.-Prepare materials for client presentations and interviews.-Develop and maintain marketing resource materials for various assigned studios.Facilitate and manage public relations activities for various office studios, including media pitches and coordinating awards submissions.-Coordinate and manage photoshoots for various assigned studios.-Develop case study narratives for projects and create marketing and communications plans for promotion.-Analyze and interpret portfolios and associated market expertise along with key trends and drivers that impact the market and translate them into actionable marketing content and win strategies.-Coordinate the work of vendors and consultants.-Collaborate with team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns.-Mentor and train Junior Marketing Coordinators.-Promoted from Junior Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Coordinator.
