GetResponse provides its clients with the Email Marketing tools needed for business growth and customer retention. I was a part of the Enterprise vertical.Being the direct connection between our company and a pool of high-profile clients, my tasks included:⁃ Deliverability management,⁃ Platform tools' troubleshooting (often via Postman),⁃ Preparing custom database reports (via SQL requests),⁃ Building email funnels (and specifically, automated customer journeys),⁃ Working through the software customization and optimization requests.

Ecwid is an e-commerce platform that provides its clients with their own storefronts. During my time at Ecwid, I was a part of a strong Customer Care team. My responsibilities were mostly based on direct communication with the Store owners (Ecwid supports email and chat communication as well as scheduled calls with top-tier clients). Things I would work on are: - Bug troubleshooting (from a CSS mishap to precise Log Investigations),- Billing disputes,- Customization requests,- Platform incident management duty. Since the platform also supports third-party service integrations and tools, I got proficient in these too:- Integration management and troubleshooting: - Payment systems (like Stripe), - POS, - WIX, Wordpress, - Dropshipping and Shipping companies, - Meta -- Facebook/Instagram;- SEO management.
