Two engagements with Ciber, Inc. including creation of a data mart solution for Lockton Companies LLC of Kansas City, MO and an Asset Management initiative for Koch Industries in Wichita, KS.

Lead analyst for a CRM project that comprised the development and implementation of a web interface for the Customer Service Department. The system provided order entry functionality, order summary page (shopping cart) as well as the capability to pull customer information during the sales call. Back end systems included: Siebel ePharma and eConsumer CRM, AS400 Imrex and Varsity systems for warehouse inventory, logistics, and shipping, CTI call center applications, a credit card processor, and TaxWare software for the application of taxes and tax reporting of eCommerce transactions.
