Recognized for collaborative, client-centred and strengths-based approach to working with children, families and teaching staff, I contract with Kawartha Therapy Services to provide pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment, treatment and consultation supports privately, within schools and early learning centres, and within the School Health Support Services program.

Provided advising and learning strategy support to students with disabilities and developed accommodation plans in collaboration with students, multidisciplinary teams and faculty in accordance with essential course requirements and the Accessibility for Ontarions with Disabilities Act (AODA). Experience in supporting clients with complex disability needs to access post secondary education, including acquired brain injury/concussion, chronic medical conditions, learning disability, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, mental health conditions and auditory and visual impairment.

Provided home and community-based care to promote clients' independence and safety while participating in meaningful activities of daily living. Experience in mobility and seating, pressure management and falls prevention.
