·        Conduct tests in the areas of Hematology, Parasitology , Serology and biochemistry.·        Prepare reagents and specimens for microscopic examination, perform lab tests; analyze and report findings .·        Setting up the laboratory and ensure compliance with government laboratory policies and procedures, including maintaining the cleanliness of lab equipment, instruments and work area. ·        Responsible for accuracy, interpretations and reporting of all tests results .
