My husband and I ran our Chiropractic practice for close to 20 years. He did the doctoring, and I did EVERYTHING else! Starting in the early 90s, I read every book I could get my hands on about brand building, advertising, marketing, leadership, and mindset. Pre-social media, books like Gorilla Marketing, The Purple Cow, and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, were staples on my bedside nightstand. In less than a year we grew a million dollar practice. We created educational works shops for the general public, and I hit the pavement meeting with doctors, local businesses, and various networking groups. We we're able to grow beautifully and I fulfilled all of my hearts desires by developing relationships with our patients, doctor's offices, local businesses, and through community outreach. Fast forward to 2007. I was introduced to MySpace and had to learn it to keep track of my oldest daughter! Still chasing after my daughter In 2008, Facebook found its way into my life. Not only did I use it to keep tabs on my daughter but I began to use it personally, and then professionally, to promote my business. Being a Mom turned me into a social media pro! With my background in marketing and branding moving into the digital marketing age was fairly natural and painless for us. We clearly understood we were at the dawn of a new age, were up and coming, and had a blast learning and implementing those new tools and skills.I retired a few years ago, but found it boring, so I went back to work. I worked with various companies that needed marketers to spread the word about their businesses. I'm a people person, so meeting new people and connecting them to companies that can serve their needs has always been a lot of fun for me; but I never lost my passion for digital marketing. That is why working with SKC has been like a dream. They are a fantastic group of hardworking, smart, dynamic people on the forefront of modern business building, and my position allows me to do what I do best.As its not my first rodeo, I also understand what its like to have other companies promise you the world only to be disappointed by a lack of results, and a less-full bank account. What I can tell you upfront about SKC, is that I could work anywhere--or nowhere--and be just fine. I work here, because they work. In today's business world one's digital presence is paramount; the rules move and change fast, and can no longer be left to amateurs or business owners that already have way too much on their plate. ...Let me show you what we can do!
