-Actively engage the business leaders to derive accurate and timely forecasts of Magnetics customer demand, and forecast analysis capacity in real-time to meet the changing needs of our customers.·Understand and interpret new (and existing) government regulations in the ILI industry, and lead change within the business to full compliance.·Schedule and prioritize analysis projects among members of the global analysis organization to maximize revenue and exceed customer expectations.·Develop and maintain accurate metrics of analysis progress, milestones, productivity, and quality for Magnetics customer demand.·Work closely with the Data Control group , Dig Verification group and Technology to drive quality and productivity improvements in tool and software capabilities from in-field results and metrics·Regularly present and communicate to customers on the status, progress, findings and results of Magnetics analysis.·Develop / provide personal coaching and professional development for analysis team members.·Scope requirements and ensure delivery of required technical training for analysis team members to comply with all regulations. ·Provide written evaluations of team members on a quarterly basis (APB).·Produce technical reports based on the analysis of the pipeline inspection data.·Execute quality control checks on the analysis of pipeline inspection data completed by members of the analysis team.·Resolve any difficulties in locating pipeline defects and if necessary recommend an appropriate Non-Destructive Test technique to identify and measure pipeline defects.·Correlate data from site measurements with inspection data, analyze variances, prepare summary reports for management, and drive continuous improvement through feedback into the analysis team quality ·Provide technical expertise to the PM and Sales Department.·Confer closely with Integrity Services to define and support contracts with integrity assessment evaluations.
