I started loving the Lab in 2013 when I started Phlebotomy at Monroe Community College where is was Second in my class. I performed my clinicals at Saint Joseph Mercy Health in Ypsilanti, MI in their outpatient lab and learned a ton. I received my first job offer from Mercy Memorial Health System in Monroe, MI (now ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital) and spent 5 years there working and improving my drawing skills. During this time I started and completed my Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science from which I Graduated with a 3.2 GPA at the Univeristy of Toledo. I worked actively as a Medical Technologist for a few years then moved into automotive sales to gain knowledge there as well. I am looking for a career in which I can apply my scientific knowledge, hospital experience, and my sales management experience. I am highly interested in careers involving but not limited to business development management, travel healthcare recruiting, and travel healthcare compliance.
