-Working closely with the designer, production and marketing team on the day to day operations of the luxury lingerie and loungewear B-Corp-certified business- Running the London studio independently two days per week -Bi- weekly visits to the instore consignment retailers-Assisting with updating the e-commerce website (2+ years Shopify experience)-Managing bespoke orders end to end by working with the clients to liaise and book with the production team. -Liaising with stylists and production teams to meet their requests for celebrities, artists and magazines with samples for shoots for National Portrait Gallery, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Interview Magazine, Elle etc- Managing production deliveries with tight deadlines -Memorising and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the product catalogue and being the point of contact for customer bespoke orders -Organising product uploads for our major online partners such as Farfetch and Atterley- Assisting with managing and preparing wholesale orders for leading partners such as Harrods, Galeries Lafayette, Ounass and Joor following strict guidelines and meeting strict deadlines-Responsible for managing stock integrations via Zedonk, international shipments, couriers, and deliveries, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail for logging and inventories -Holding model castings for e-commerce and campaign shoots-Researching and booking locations and models for in-house photoshoots -General administrative duties using Microsoft/Google programmes - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Docs, Slides-Training staff taking on new roles as well as managing their workload-Giving talks to The London College of Fashion about taking your first steps into working in fashion- Assisting with copywriting across social and web content to maintain a strong brand ethos and tone of voice

While studying for my degree I worked part-time at Victoria’s Secret to support funding my degree and to gain experience in the retail sector.
