I worked on Citizens Advice's content platform. It is a platform that empowers millions of clients to find out how they can access help from Citizens Advice, as well as providing a key way for teams, like advocacy and fundraising, to promote our organisation to users I led a team to help move off of our legacy platform and set up conditions for continuous improvement on our new platform. It is a platform that empowers millions of clients to find out how they can access help from Citizens Advice, as well as providing a key way for teams, like advocacy and fundraising, to promote our organisation to users I led a team to help move off of our legacy platform and set up conditions for continuous improvement on our new platform. To do this I collaborated with a diverse set of users of the platform across Citizens Advice to buy in to a platform with a minimum viable starting point and a focus on the end user. I sold the vision of the platform to teams who in turn invested their time in working with us on research and training their staff on the new platform. My role saw me manage stakeholder relations, set out objectives, evaluate how our product sits within a service and focus on user and operational needs as well as internal and external goals and guidelines. I spent the first 6 months of my graduate scheme on the Interim Cervical Screening Project as a delivery manager, where we were replacing a legacy system as a large scaled Agile team. During my time there I regularly produced reports, used Jira and Confluence to monitor progress and took on a Scrum Master role I have worked on the NHS.UK website, both on a content transformation and a discovery looking at how we can make NHS.UK more accessible. I worked with Scope to create a campaign raising awareness of mental illnesses as disabilities. I have created my own website, researched the stigma surrounding this topic and have had training in social media, audience targeting and story telling. I spoke in Parliament on this matter
