My practice at Mercator includes both policy work related to transportation revenue and financing mechanisms, as well as directly assisting state and local agencies with putting those tools into practice to advance major infrastructure projects. I provide project management and analytical and technical support for Mercator’s project finance and infrastructure development clients. I often create customized quantitative tools and data visualizations to help clients quickly understand information and utilize it to guide decision making and advance projects. My transportation policy work ranges from conceptual options evaluation to quantitative analysis and estimated budget scoring for revenue and finance proposals. I have also developed and facilitated professional trainings on innovative finance, value-for-money analysis, and other finance topics for diverse audiences.

Philadelphia City Rowing ("PCR") has a mission to empower Philadelphia public school students to reach their greatest potential. We believe that by providing academic support, mentoring, nutrition education, and enrichment activities in conjunction with a highly structured athletic program, we can improve the academic achievement, health outcomes, and personal development of our participants. These components are incorporated into all of PCR’s programs, each of which is tailored to suit different age groups and levels of experience. Our specific program offerings include competitive rowing for high schoolers (school year), recreational rowing for middle schoolers (school year and summer), and learn-to-row camps for high schoolers and middle schoolers (summer). Unlike many youth rowing organizations, PCR maintains a culture that reaches under-resourced youth, puts students first, and is inclusive, transformative, and engaged with the community. We actively recruit at-promise students in order to serve those who have the most to gain from our programming and to ensure that all of our participants benefit from a team environment that reflects the rich racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic diversity of Philadelphia.
