• Work with the Director of Advancement to set annual giving goals each year that maximize support for the school’s top priorities.• Implement and manage the solicitation process including a coordinated effort with the Director of Advancement and the Director of Alumni Relations including personal meetings, calls, mailings, and email solicitations with specific attention to moving donors to a higher level of support.• Create strategies designed to keep constituencies meaningfully involved in school life and, more specifically, involved and informed regarding annual giving.• Assist in the evaluation of Annual Fund donors and determination of ask amounts, while thoughtfully taking into consideration other (capital campaign) solicitations and status.• Develop policies and protocols governing database operations and serve as the point of contact for its use.

 Audit & evaluate all aspects of year-end and quarterly financial information for both public and private companies.  Schedule, plan and perform audit fieldwork including supervision and review of audit work performed by staff. Advise and recruit new associates and mentor interns and new staff.
