Business AnalystAnalyze business needs and facilitate transformation of those needs into actionable system and process requirements.Serve as liaison between customer team and technical team. Customer team composition varies from internal operations personnel to external healthcare organization staff.Define requirements through the practices of careful/active listening, root cause analysis, collaboration and facilitation.Actively manage, verify and validate requirements throughout the life of the effort.
