As member of the RRN and UK Society of Behaviour Analysts i have dedicated my career to developing services whilst for people who may be deemed as having complex needs whilst ensuring there is an emphasis on the reduction of restrictive practices The time I have spent with 1st Enable has provided me with opportunity to develop in line with expanding needs of the organisation since it’s launch in 2012. Having developed different branches of the business and held various management positions my focus has been on the development of 1st Enables PBS service and the strategic oversight of up skilling and training the ever expanding workforce.
