I am a transformation and leadership expert, consultant, and coach. My work blends more than 30 years of business and leadership expertise with professional coach training, allowing me to support organizations, individuals, and teams to thrive through change and reach their highest potential.As a former executive leader in the corporate world, I gained a wealth of experience in strategy, leadership, people development, and complex change implementations across different geographies and cultures. Change, transitions, and diversity have been constants in my life. I am a trilingual Swiss (French, German, English) and grew up living in various countries. Adapting to change, transforming challenges into opportunities, and cultivating cross-cultural sensibilities were skills I learned early on. Those served me well when, in adulthood, I juggled dual international careers with my spouse, all while raising two children. Over the years, my globally-mobile life has been based in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. I now call Switzerland home.Throughout my international business career in transformation, change management, and post-merger integration roles, I discovered the importance of people-centric leadership and made it my core expertise and passion to help companies and people buy-in, support, grow and navigate successfully through change. Coupled with the realization of how coaching is transformative and helped me find my true self, gain confidence, unlock my authentic leadership style, and lead me to a more fulfilling work and life integration, I made it my mission to help others embrace change, seize challenges as opportunities and see and unlock their full potential. In 2021, I became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) to enrich my 1000+ hours of coaching, advising, mentoring, and training of high-performing, diverse, and multicultural individuals and teams.
