- Establish and lead the national public engagement program ‘Time to Talk Public Health’. This recruits over 2,500 nationally represented people in Wales to participate in multi-method surveys to build insight to inform public health policy and promote findings back to the community.- Collaborate across Public Health Wales, NHS Wales, Welsh Government, and other key partners to define the scope and create shared goals/objectives for the program.- Creation of the strategy for how the data will be collected to achieve program goals. Created a strategy to support the universities to collaborate to achieve agreed common goals, instead of competing and duplicating resources and efforts.- Collaborated across all universities in Wales and the public sector to undertake and communicate community-focused health research and evaluation programs.- Responsible for tender proposal writing to extend the network’s portfolio.- Led a multi-site roadshow event to promote network goals, connect with stakeholders, and co-design future opportunities.- Promoted the network and programs through producing engaging content and publishing in different formats (e.g. published reports, social media posts, academic papers, international conferences).- Designed tools to measure impact achieved through the network and programs.

- Commissioned to review and write accessible reports on economic, social, environmental, and cultural well-being to inform regional well-being assessments required by national policy.- Collaborated with the regional Public Service Boards to refine the scope, and interpreted and applied the identified published literature and new public engagement insight to draw conclusions as to how the information translated to the regional levels to improve well-being.

- Established and led a regional school health research network in southwest England.
