Secure new distribution outlets of the corporation’s products and recommend suitable agents and distributors for revenue enhancement• Provide effective and efficient management of customer profile for the business growth and profitability

• Administer all procurement functions in the region in accordance to Company procedures and operating guidelines and ensure effective implementation of support services.• Highlight challenges under support functions and provide solutions related to the delivery of services at a satisfactory level.• Provide inputs to the development and review the HR policies, guidelines and instruction associated with supporting activities performed at the region.

• A TTCL contact point for all matters relating to customer complaints and ensure good and smooth interface with other sections for curbing revenue and leakage. Responsible for all functions of the retail Shop including sales, customer service, inventory and technical troubleshooting. • Build collaborative relationships with customers; seek to understand the needs of customers.
