I am a passionate and values driven Leader, with 18 years experience of working in the NHS and health care sector. I am dedicated in bringing people together to deliver effective patient outcomes to local communities, driving organisational and system change, supporting people development and Enabling innovation and creativity. I am a specialist in Delivering successful Transformation and cultural change, translating strategy and vision into operational delivery. My most significant and relevant achievements include: (1) Leading the successful delivery of the c-19 vaccination programme across HW. (2) Responsible for emergency planning and supporting Capacity and flow management across Urgent Care. leading our system response to incidents. (3) Delivering effective cultural change across a number of teams and organisations to improve patient outcomes.(4) The HSJ winner for Innovation in 2016 for reducing drug related deaths through implementing our Naloxone project across our services nationally which significantly increased distribution of naloxone across a range of organisations including the police and hostels; and(5) Part of the steering group which produced the national document ‘improving clinical responses to drug related deaths”, including a significant contribution to the content. I am proud to say that this was adopted as national best practice.
