After a brief break to raise my family, I re-entered the workforce in 2023 with Data Annotation Tech as an AI content and safety specialist. I oversee the safety and quality of written content, ensuring it meets high standards. I design and refine conversational flows to guarantee logical and context-aware interactions. My role involves training AI models on natural language processing tasks, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management. Additionally, I edit and create various types of content, such as short stories, poems, and research. I have extensive experience working with medically complex and neurodivergent children, including those with autism, epilepsy, gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes), ADHD, and anxiety. My role involved providing compassionate, individualized care and support tailored to each child's unique needs. I collaborated closely with families to ensure comprehensive care, managing medical treatments and behavioral interventions effectively. This experience has honed my skills in understanding and addressing the multifaceted challenges faced by these children, promoting their well-being and development with empathy and expertise.Previously to this, my employment with Troy Shoppe Jewellers involved providing exceptional customer service, understanding clients' preferences, and offering personalized recommendations. I effectively managed inventory, maintained product displays, and stayed informed about current trends and product knowledge. My approach combines a passion for fine jewelry with a commitment to delivering a memorable and satisfying customer experience for all budgets and styles.My career journey from retail to childcare and now to remote AI content and safety has supported my transition from childless to 3 children in a way that integrates with our family life.
