As a semiconductor industry veteran with a decade of experience, I have honed my skills in wafer fabrication and wire bonding for a variety of applications and products. At Skyworks Solutions, I served as a Fabrication Technician III, executing wafer processing tasks for both the frontend and backend lines in areas such as photolithography, etching, and metrology to ensure maximum quality and efficiency. During my time at CoorsTek as Lead II, I played a critical role in launching a third shift by solely supervising and training a team of technicians in the production and testing of capillary wire bonding tools, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
