The Happy Kitchen offers tailored 1:1 Occupational Therapy Support, to build skills and confidence in meal planning, meal preparation and grocery shopping, in the participants home. I work with NDIS participants aged 12 and over, on the Surf Coast and Geelong, Victoria. I have over 11 years clinical occupational Therapy experience, in the mental health and disability sectors in Melbourne and Geelong, delivering group and 1:1 services. I believe we all have the right to have access to tasty food that doesn’t cost a lot. I’m passionate about supporting participants to build skills and independence in preparing meals of their choice that are inexpensive, relatively quick to prepare, and good for health and wellbeing, while respecting their values and preferences.
