Lead the planning, development, and installation of incoming manufacturing equipment for cell internal characteristic measurements and cell quality inspection. Prepare documentation for defining anticipated failure modes, detailed installation schedules, test plans, and internal documentation for tracking project objectives.Track production performance and top alarm frequency of occurrence on a weekly basis. Prepare root cause analysis and visual representations of data with JMP to present to maintenance team leaders and engineering colleagues.Support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting, recovery, and development of 23 battery cell inspection manufacturing lines. Work with engineering and maintenance team members to develop and document troubleshooting documentation to promote organized and detailed recovery methods for complex mechanical failure points.

Support administrative responsibilities such as team recruitment, team promotional work for SAE SoCal events, sponsorship communications, as well as full-team meeting and FSAE competition presentations.

Work cross-functionally with other vehicle system team leads to design, integrate, and manufacture the battery system for a formula-style electric race car. Manage and develop the battery systems team. Responsible for leading weekly team meetings, work sessions, and guiding team members in their design, simulation, and documentation work. Oversee the design and manufacturing of the battery system modules, full accumulator, and accumulator mounting system. Work with team members to execute characterization testing for the development and optimization of the battery system.

Member of the UCR Highlander Racing Battery Team. I work with team members to design, develop, and test components for our electric vehicle's battery. Programs used include SolidWorks, Matlab, ANSYS.

Work alongside Module Design and Battery Systems Engineers to develop and complete a Technical Specification document which outlines the mechanical, electrical, and environmental functional requirements for a critical component on the battery module. Support Manufacturing Engineers in the development and manufacturing of prototype builds for critical component proof-of-concept. Support the development of a working CAD model of the critical component using CATIA V6.
