I volunteered as a member of the Connecticut Nutmeg Elementary Book Award Committee. We read over 100 books for 2nd and 3rd graders and nominated the top 12 books for the Elementary Book Award. We met 6 times, in person and remotely, and advocated for our favorite books based on age appropriateness, diversity, and educational potential.

Volunteered with the National Children's Library of Moldova to collaborate on library programs for teenagers. Researched the history of the Children's Library's collection and usage for the prior 20 years.
