I am also responsible for Boothworks' house accounts. • Manage all projects from quotation stage to final invoice – for client shows in Canada, US, Europe and South America• Source, & coordinate all truck shipments within Canada & the US.• Source & arrange ocean and air freight for shows in South America & Europe• Purchasing of all raw materials, office supplies• Order & coordinate all trade show services, electrical, furniture etc.• Supervise and direct Project Coordinator• Match & approve all supplier invoices with purchase orders• Source various items for specific trade shows • Main liaison between fabrication staff, Production Manager & Sales Representatives• Manage house accounts
