I am currently working as a WHS Officer, at blackbird industries my role is to lead and support our 35+ employee to ensure that each one returns home to their families each night safety.I’ve honed my ability to align teams to work towards common goals and KPI’s. I take a consultative approach and understand communication is critical to obtaining a safe working environment. I also support our administration and customer service team. When I’m performing this role I think like a customer so when people click “contact Us “or they pick up the phone they have a goal in mind and want to know that somebody is prepared to listen and act on their requests.
