Executed full lifecycle development of critical business processes in the EtQ Reliance system and the Sopheon Accolade system which were used company-wide for product support, quality assurance, document control, assets and calibrations, capital expenditure approval processes, and new product development. Collaborated with our web development team to develop multiple business workflows on our internally developed RO Connections platform, utilizing Sitecore.

Managed the design, development, testing and implementation process for hundreds of EDI partners. Trained new associates on EDI methodology and processes used for implementing EDI transactions for new external customers. Served as the key point of contact for external customers and carriers who experienced any EDI related issues. Lead the IT implementation of the ETQ Reliance system for our Product Support and Quality teams.

Designed, developed, tested and implemented the following EDI transactions for multiple external customers - 810 Invoice, 820 Remittance Advice, 850 Purchase Order, 852 Point of Sale, 856 Advance Shipment Notice, 860 Purchase Order Change, 864 Text Message. Worked with external partners and internal customer service department to provide excellent daily EDI support. Primary support for any EDI related issues for internal and external customers. Key developer in GENTRAN:Server for Windows NT – responsible for gap analysis, map design, map customization based on customer specifications, unit and integration testing, and implementation.

EDI team lead and key member of the SAP/Gentran NT design and implementation team. Modified user exits, develop and modify ABAP report programs, developed new IDoc types as needed, configured workflow. Key interface between external customers, customer service, functional team leads, plant, and sales personnel for EDI related projects and the SAP implementation. Participated in strategic planning meetings and composed weekly status reports for upper management and the steering committee during SAP implementation. Organized and conducted customer service training sessions to prepare representatives for SAP implementation.
