• Generates referrals from assigned UCPB branches• Responsible for the face to face selling and servicing of life insurance and investment productSsuch as Traditional Life and Variable Life.• Acts as the intermediary between UCPB Bank and Cocolife clients, including individuals andgroup.• Advises customers on insurance policies and investment solutions that best suit their needs andprovides service to clients’ changing insurance needs by utilizing their knowledge in financialplanning.• Presents and closes referred accounts• Ensures completeness and accuracy of service fees computation to be given to UCPB• Monitors payment of 1st year and renewal premiums to ensure attainment of the requiredpersistency rate.• Establishes and maintains good rapport with all personnel of assigned branches by conducting regular branch visits, attending area, cluster and branch meetings if necessary• Provides after sales service including maturing policies to existing policy holders• Conducts orientation to Bank Associates for any news/updates on the company’s products and services.
