• Works with clients across sectors/countries in APAC regions focusing on assigned country/group of clients during the delivery period of a product or service.

• Participates in project kick-offs and supporting the implementation of process checklists and ensure that SOP and checklists are up-to-date
• Ensures requirements are gathered accurately through meetings with Implementation Team and Benefits Consultants.
• Track status of work in own key area of responsibility.
• Reports status to Team Leader and Project Manager as appropriate.
• Provide/Contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely tasks and reports stated in the adminmanual
• Identifies root cause and provide realistic action plans as required if feedback are proven to bevalid.

• Generates referrals from assigned UCPB branches
• Responsible for the face to face selling and servicing of life insurance and investment productSsuch as Traditional Life and Variable Life.
• Acts as the intermediary between UCPB Bank and Cocolife clients, including individuals andgroup.
• Advises customers on insurance policies and investment solutions that best suit their needs andprovides service to clients’ changing insurance needs by utilizing their knowledge in financialplanning.
• Presents and closes referred accounts
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of service fees computation to be given to UCPB

• Responsible in the preparation and release of reports and updating information in the system.
• Providing all the necessary sales supports for the UCPB Branch Managers and UCPB Branches ofthe assigned area.
• Monitoring business based on application and policy status for new business and renewals.
• Release of appropriate and corresponding report.
• Official Purchase Receipt monitoring, billing and collection support.
• Coordinates with Account Executives and their respective clients.
