Helped first year students learn new skills in adobe suite, v-ray, rhino, drawing and physical modeling techniques.

Assisted Architect with designing and drafting plans in AutoCad and quickly learned basic Revit. Projects types ranged from residential, commercial, & industrial. Also conducted meetings with clients to change designs and met with city planners to meet Los Angeles Building criteria.

As an intern, I taught myself Auto CAD, InDesign, and Photoshop in order to convert hand drawings into computer drawings. I assisted in creating native plant lists for various regions in California. As an assistant, I developed more efficient organization systems for the office and streamlined systems for ordering supplies and payroll for independent contractors.

Initially I excavated, designed, planted and maintained various properties. Properties ranged from small potted garden for restaurant front to maintaining a four acre property with large ornamental and edible garden beds. Currently I serve as a private garden consultant and living basket designer.

As sole house plant buyer I developed guides for employee and customer reference. Guides included information about light needs, water regiments, soil type, pet/child dangers and ease of care for over 200 types of plants ordered. I gained in-depth knowledge of plants we stocked and advise customers and new employees on how to create successful combinations for various environments, identified plant samples, identified pests, and instructed customers on different systems of fertilization and pest management.
