My strengths lie in my passion and commitment to my roles setting targets that engage me to achieve and surpass these goals. I consider myself a good leader with a positive and fair attitude. I enjoy a challenge and use my initiative when faced with new challenges. I embrace and deliver change management and I consider myself versatile and supportive of improving workplace initiatives. I always welcome the opportunity for self-improvement and development.I have extensive experience with many aspects of customer service and team management, including complaint management, setting up call centre monitoring, leading and developing teams and creating and delivering training packages.
