I teach individuals therapeutically adapted yoga tools (mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation, mindfulness, meditation or the promotion of behavioral changes) to support them on a physical and emotional level. I have created tailored programmes that can be adapted to suit specific needs with the aim of empowering individuals to better self care and to improve and/or manage symptoms triggered by chronic health conditions e.g. stress, anxiety, low mood, and depression. Also individuals suffering from musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain trauma and peri-menopause. Since qualifying I have been privileged to work with some wonderful people, helping and teaching them strategies to improve their health on a one to one basis and also in small groups.I have worked with business, local councils, NHS staff, cancer charity and other health professionals to provide support for people suffering with long terms health conditions.
