With experience spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors, my work is rooted in person-centred and collaborative, inclusive practice.As Director of the Leadership for Personalised Care programme, I have supported thousands of leaders to promote and champion cross-boundary systems leadership, community-based approaches and co-production in health and social care.
