Catherine is a registered counsellor and Level 2 member with ACA, holding a Master’s in Counselling. Her practice is characterised by compassionate and authentic support, firmly rooted in person-centred therapy principles. Drawing from valuable experiences in private practice, non-profit and community settings, she specialises in addressing a spectrum of counselling topics, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, gambling harm and suicide prevention.Catherine's professional passion revolves around guiding individuals on their path to personal growth through evidence-based practices. She is particularly interested in trauma, grief, behaviour addictions, and Christian counselling, where the client's unique needs take precedence in the therapeutic process. In addition to her commitments, she is actively pursuing IFS & Narrative Therapy training to enhance her therapeutic skills.
