Primarily worked on Sino/foreign real estate joint venture partnerships and PRC/overseas M&A. Completed deals with value over US$1 bn, both domestic and cross border. Deals include acquisition of USD300mn Shanghai Garden Plaza from Goldman Sachs, sale of RMB 2.4bn Tianjin Center to HNA, acquisition of Lloyds Chambers in City of London (GBP 60mn), Acquisition of 73 Miller Street North Sydney (AUD100mn), etc.Also assisted Fosun's cross-border, cross-sector acquisitions if the target company owns real estate including residential or commercial properties, hotels and resorts, amusement or theme parks, hospitals, etc.

Mainly engaged in business development and brand promoting in China, for Pacific International in particular, the wholly owned subsidiary of Great Pacific and Australian's then biggest all-suite hotel and serviced apartment operator.

Made strategies, executed and oversaw sales and marketing activities for Macquarie’s real estate projects over China, including medium-to-large scale residential compound in Tianjin and Shanghai.

This is a project company in Shanghai, in which I oversaw sales and marketing, corporate administration and property management departments. The project was lauched in 1993 and delivered in 1995-1998 with every single unit successfully sold despite China's then contraction macro regulations and Asia financial crisis.

Led sales and marketing activities, projects included a high rise apartment building in Shenzhen, an 88 luxurious villa compound in Shanghai, a mixed use complex in Gubei Shanghai, a super-large residential compound of 5000 units in Shanghai. My team set the trade record of sale of 2000 units within two months.
