The Manager of Solution Delivery -- Payer Implementations is a high impact role, designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and developing people. In this role, I lead a team that implements products and technical solutions for our Payer clients while having responsibility for developing a unified, efficient and successful implementation strategy. I train, develop, and lead a highly skilled team of analyst responsible for the configuration and validation of our applications using a combo of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to drive work forward with quality and speed to achieve company goals. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Lead a team of system configurations and quality analysts through the successful implementation of projects using Agile project management methodology and Scrum principles.• Develop and implements quality assurance processes to ensure projects meet customer requirements• Analyze and evaluate system functionality and UX design to ensure accuracy and effectiveness during User Acceptance Testing• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
