• Manage compensation survey submission process• Manage Merit and Cost of Living Increase policies and processes• Develop and maintain Salary Structure• Run regular compensation reporting and analysis• Benchmark positions internally and externally• Monitor and maintain compensation compliance globally• Develop and design corporate compensation programs in line with the Company’s overall Talent Management strategy• Identify trends in the marketplace and make recommendations to ensure that compensation policies are current and competitive• Develop meaningful communications for all compensation processes and programs to increase colleague understanding and appreciation• Assist with special projects as needed

Assist Canada and US HR Managers in:• Advising and counseling colleagues, managers and executives in all human resources matters • Resolving colleague relations issues through conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations• Deploying talent management programs and procedures (recruiting and onboarding, performance management, career pathing, compensation, learning and development, HiPO programs, workforce analytics, and exit interviews)• Fulfilling compliance requirements such as Canadian Pay Equity analysis

- Research and develop orientation program for new hires- Assist with the recruiting of collegiate interns- Assist HR Managers with compensation benchmarking
