CurrentLed process definition for lab-scale electrode feedstock production. Wrote and certified technicians on new SOPs. Created Design of Experiments, including literature search, technical calculations, experimental design, documentation, and performing statistical data analysis on results. Applied principles of Statistical Process Control to establish operating conditions for equipment. Promoted organization by asserting myself as project manager for 15+ colleagues across 3 teams using weekly update slide decks, Gantt charts, RACI matrix, and project management software.Led preliminary scale-up design for a pilot electrode feedstock facility, including BFD and PFD design, technology qualification, vendor contact, and CapEx estimation. Used external software to estimate CapEx, OpEx, and CO2eq for novel process vs. industry standard.Mentored technicians and interns on technical content, including battery chemistries, electrode feedstock creation, and electrostatic deposition. Coached interns to successful and impactful presentations to leadership on requests for process improvement equipment. Introduced interns to Process Safety Management techniques such as HAZOP, SOP revision, and SOP certification.
