- Direct support to the Group Chief Technology Officer and Capgemini's Network of 20 CTOs.- Assemble CTO Network calendar of meetings and monthly meeting agendas in support of Group strategic priorities and initiatives.- Plan all logistical details for monthly meetings consisting of 20 CTOs from around Capgemini. This includes assembling participant lists, vendor research, contract negotiation in coordination with Group legal, price negotiation, planning event activities, maintaining group room blocks, and developing other meeting collateral.- Attend CTO Network Meetings to record minutes and actions. Perform the proper follow up to ensure the actions are completed.- Responsible for all content, support, and planning around the Group CTO's attendance to both internal and external events. This includes, but is not limited to, agenda assembly, content development, briefing material development, and other logistical planning.- Served as EPM for the executive team responsible for developing the cloud go to market initiative, Cloud Choice.- Perform the necessary research and produce presentations and related content for the Group CTO at external and internal events.- Create processes aimed to improve efficiency in the Office of the Group CTO.- Responsible for managing Group CTO content development due dates for all team members.- Maintain all content material produced in the Group CTO Office.- Mentor and coach the Executive Coordinator to the Group CTO.- Draft letter communications and related collateral on behalf of the Group CTO.- Help manage other projects and strategic initiatives.
