Participated in large scale enterprise system conversion of both Salaried and Hourly populations to SAP HR/Payroll. Proven experience in all facets of software development life cycle. Highlights include providing As-is documentation of legacy benefit interfaces. Worked closely with Service Center and external vendors to pull requirements for and design enterprise benefit interfaces following industry standards. Programmed custom backend Payroll and Benefit processes and reports. After successful implementation I was promoted to ABAP Team Lead. My responsibilities included ensuring the comprehensive and seamless post-implementation transition of projects. Facilitated regular change management meetings with Service Center and Business Analyst identifying business requirements and providing estimates. Created project plans, including timelines and milestones, while effectively setting and communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Responsible for assigning team resources and managing time lines. Worked closely with external vendors such as Caremark, Hewitt and Cigna. Developed quality control testing systems using data copy tool for testing system enhancements and open enrollment. Responsible for system maintenance and rotated with team members for after-hours support. Worked closely with junior team members. Reviewed members work to ensure adherence to programming standards and technical documentation. Continuously tracked their progress and provided opportunities for growth.
