Senior Event Sales Executive for The Primary Care Show, the longest standing, multi-disciplinary, Primary Care team supported event in the UK. The main event of the year for GPs, Practice Managers, Nurses, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, midwives, dietitians and all other NHS and Private Clinicians working in Primary and Community Care.

As part of the sales team I worked towards maximizing revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. I interact frequently with guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.

After an internal promotion my role as Conference and Events Coordinator saw me promoting Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre, responding to enquiries & converting them into sales. Working closely with C&E colleagues, the Hotel Revenue Manager, To support in utilising brand initiatives and in delivering the C&E sales strategy.

Assisting the F&B Operations Manager in the effective running of the bar and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism whilst achieving profitability in line with budget

To prepare and carry out food and beverage service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This included offering table service to guests, regularly checking the floor, this includes all lounges, conference spaces. This will also included preparing and delivering room service trays as and when required.
